Inhibited propylene glycol antifreeze and heat transfer fluid formulated for freeze protection down to −55°C in closed-loop heating, refrigeration, and other systems where a non-toxic heat transfer fluid is required. This is the deep-freeze end of the non-toxic glycol line: a clear, colourless, odourless solution built for applications where lower-temperature protection is critical and propylene glycol is preferred over ethylene glycol on toxicity grounds. The inhibitor package provides the corrosion protection untreated glycol cannot, helping protect system metals as the fluid ages and operates under load. With propylene glycol concentration in the 60–80% range, CI H-55 is supplied ready to charge for severe low-temperature duty without relying on on-site blending to hit the required protection level.
