Cationic Emulsion Polymer (Zetag® 8812S equivalent)

CI Polymer DW-8812 is a high–molecular weight cationic emulsion polymer designed for mechanical sludge dewatering applications. The product provides strong charge neutralization and polymer bridging, producing shear-resistant floc suitable for belt filter presses, centrifuges, and screw presses. CI Polymer DW-8812 improves cake solids concentration and centrate clarity when properly conditioned. Performance is dose-sensitive and optimized through bench or full-scale testing.
