CI 444 Attack is a heavy-duty, non-acidic granular drain opener formulated for industrial and municipal use. It contains a high concentration of caustic alkali, activated with fine aluminum needles that initiate a vigorous exothermic reaction upon contact with water. This reaction produces substantial heat and turbulence, effectively breaking down and dissolving common clogging agents including fats, oils, hair, cellulose, protein-based debris, and hard water scale. CI 444 Attack is NSF Registered (L1), making it suitable for use in food processing environments such as canneries, packing houses, and commercial kitchens. Compatible with steel and cast iron piping when used as directed. Not recommended for use in PVC or aluminum drain lines.
