CI360™Product Kits · 2026 Edition · four programs · 24 operating stages

Task-based chemical programs for the people who run wash bays, dishrooms, lagoons and floors — the job broken into stages, one product assigned to each, and a way to prove the setting is still where it was left.

The concept

Built around the job, not the catalogue.

A wash bay, a dishroom, a lagoon and a corridor have nothing in common except the way they fail. Each one runs a process with an order of operations, and each one goes wrong when two products end up doing the same job and neither is being measured. CI360™ takes a task that runs on a clock, breaks it into the stages an operator actually works through, and assigns one product lane to each of them.

Every program is built the same way — six stages, a stage-to-product sheet for each, a decision rule that says which lane a symptom belongs in, a deployment view for the three or four site types the program has to cover, and a commissioning checklist that turns the architecture into set-points somebody new can hold. Where a program carries hard numbers, a working bench converts a ratio into consumption and cost in use on your own delivered cost, not a list price.

Four programs are published in this edition: auto and fleet wash, warewash, lagoon wastewater and floor care. A fifth — boiler and water treatment — is in preparation. Each published program can be translated by CI into a site-specific commissioning packet — injector settings, dilution wall charts, control windows, seasonal changeover dates and shift checks for the exact equipment on site — under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.

One product, one stageThe program fails when the lanes blur: two primary detergents nobody retired, two machine detergents in one tank, a corrective product carried so long it became the routine. Each stage owns one job and one lane, and the product is the last decision rather than the first.
Measure before you escalateStrength is not a strategy. Dwell, coverage, temperature, water quality and soil load account for most of what gets blamed on chemistry — so every program says what to check, in what order, before anything is dosed harder or swapped out.
A setting that survives turnoverRatios, control windows, intervals and shift checks are written down and posted where the work happens. A program that lives in one supervisor’s head resets the day that person moves on.

Auto & Fleet Wash

A wash bay does not fail because the chemistry is weak. It fails when two products are fighting for the same job — a second primary detergent nobody retired, a pre-treat arch running on every car, a premium sealant feeding on top of an economy wax. Six stages, one pass, and every product owns exactly one of them.

Warewash

Warewash programs do not fail on chemistry. They fail on drift — a final-rinse temperature nobody has measured this month, a sanitizer pump that quietly lost calibration, a delime interval set by habit instead of by water hardness. The controlling variable is temperature, and it has to be a measurement.

Lagoon Wastewater

A lagoon does not fail on the day the complaint arrives. It fails quietly, over seasons — a blanket nobody surveyed, a strain left running through a temperature it cannot work in, a corrective product carried so long it became the program. Base biology, seasonal match, capacity, upset, collection system, escalation.

Floor Care

Floors do not fail because of traffic. They fail when the stage being run does not match the condition of the floor — stripping on a calendar, sealing what does not need it, or leaving abrasive soil on a finish that is still sound. Restore, prep, finish, maintain, recoat, and back into finish.

Boiler & Water Treatment

Boilers, closed loops and cooling towers fail from the inside — oxygen pitting, hardness scale, microbial fouling. The CI360™ program for boiler and water treatment is in preparation; its six stages are not published yet, and none are listed here until they are. The chemistry itself is available now — boiler compounds and oxygen scavengers, cooling water treatments and biocides, inhibited glycol heat-transfer fluids, and the drop-count test kits that hold a program inside its control window.

Six stage summaries will appear in this row when the guide is released. Until then, water-treatment programs are specified case by case from Edmonton — send system type, volume, make-up water analysis and current test results, and CI will write the control window and the dosing schedule against them.
