The concept
Built around the operator’s day, not the catalogue.
A boiler room, a lagoon, a building and a purchasing file have nothing in common except the way they fail: the reading nobody took, the sheet nobody could find, the drum nobody noticed was low, the tender nobody had time to run. CI SupportLab™ takes each of those and puts it on the phone in the operator’s pocket — next to the band it is supposed to be inside, with the next move written underneath.
Every service is built the same way — a live view on the phone for the moments that need you now, a browser dashboard for the week and the report, alerts that state reading, consequence, first moves and recovery in that order, and a record that writes itself and survives turnover. Three of the four watch an asset: BoilerGuard the plant, LagoonGuard the basin, FacilityGuard the building. The fourth streamlines buying what those assets need.
Kinetic GPO is the buying half. Chem International is an awarded supplier under Kinetic GPO RFSO 25-06 — Water Treatment Chemicals, Supplies and Services — a public, trade-agreement-compliant standing offer open to every Canadian public-sector and MASH organization, with no membership fees, no volume commitments and ceiling pricing verified on every quote. The monitoring tells you what to order; the standing offer makes ordering it a ninety-second job. All four are supported from Edmonton under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system.
On the phone in your pocketThe reading, the sheet, the stock level and the order live on the screen the operator already carries — not in the office, the binder, or one person’s head. The asset is watched for all 168 hours of the week, not the five somebody is standing there.
An alert that says what to doReading, consequence, first moves, expected recovery — four parts, every time, in that order. Thresholds are agreed in writing, tuned for a week, and routed to a named person, because an alert nobody agreed to is an alert nobody will act on.
A record that survives turnoverReadings, sheets, par levels, work orders, quotes and contract references file themselves. The log is already written at month-end, and the next operator finds it where the last one left it.

BoilerGuard
A boiler runs a hundred and sixty-eight hours a week and gets tested in about five of them. BoilerGuard puts the other hundred and sixty-three on the phone in your pocket — five signals from seven sensors, every five minutes, each one next to the band it is supposed to be inside, with an alert that says what to do and a log that writes itself.

LagoonGuard
The lagoon is thirty minutes out of town and the reading you need was taken four minutes ago. LagoonGuard puts the basin on the phone in your pocket — dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature and level every fifteen minutes, each one next to the band it is supposed to be inside, with an alert that says what to do and a record that supports the report.

FacilityGuard
The storeroom is on the far side of the building, the SDS is in a binder in the office, and the person who knows what that machine costs to fix is on vacation.
